Liberator Returning for National Maritime Day
The Merchant Marine Academy’s 108′ training vessel, the Liberator, will return to Baltimore on May 17. We are hoping for better weather this weekend than during her visit in March (it rained)! The ship will be open to the public for free tours in the Inner Harbor on the West Wall on Friday, May 17 from 6 pm to 8 pm. On Saturday, the ship and crew will be participating in the National Maritime Day festivities at Pier 13 in Canton. The public may tour her on Pier 13 from 10 am to 3 pm.
Sail Baltimore will also be on Pier 13 on Saturday. Stop by and say “hello”!
Beer, Boats and Ballads Returning!
Our signature fundraiser, Beers, Boats and Ballads, returns on June 12 at the Tiki Barge at BMC at HarborView.
$65 each – or $60 each for 10 or more – in advance; $75 at the door
