Sail Baltimore operates year-round with one full-time executive director and one part-time assistant. Additional staff came on board to handle the logistics involved in bringing more than 40 vessels to Baltimore for Star-Spangled Sailabration in June 2012. We also rely heavily on many dedicated volunteers to keep us on course.
